Sure, it could be higher. But if you were on cpap for only part of the night, and only part of the night was the pressure high enough to help you, you may not have done too well.

I'd give the cpap a try and then have a recording oximeter check your values at home some night... then see if you need supplemental oxygen or not.

88 to 94 isn't so far for you go.
