I just got my Nasal Aire. They provide a piece of velcro which will hold the tubing slightly above the back of your ears. I slept with it last night and tried various positions, even sleeping somewhat on my stomach and it worked just fine. The tubing is very soft so you don't feel it on your cheek. I used the Breeze and I don't see how anyone can use that- I was awake all night with it. The hard plastic material out of which most of it is made was uncomfortable and every time I moved the Breeze moved and pulled the nasal pillows out of place.
