sleep or panic

Hi ive been diagnosed with panic attacks. And the meds they put me on seem to help. But i have also been sleeping longer because i feel thats helping me. I am always tired and i do snore and have stopped breathing. Im not overweight. I would like to know how other people felt before the found out they had sleep apnea. slappy
