Given that you do snore and you know you stop breathing, I would definitely work on getting a sleep study done. Many of us were much worse than we thought. For instance, I knew I snored but had no idea that I stopped breathing for as long as 66 seconds. Even my husband didn't realize that I stopped breathing. I guess he thought I had intermittent snoring.
