I find the Nasal-Aire much more confortable than the headgear of nasal masks. It gives while you are side sleeping it has ridges inside the tubing to keep it from flattening out and cutting off the air. I never wake up with marks on my face like I did with headgear. I tried the breeze and it is a great favorite among others, but the plastic headpiece was a instant headache for me.
I suggest you give it a try.
