I agree, definitely be sympathetic, and probably lots of people do have CFS/FMS and not apnea...BUT still, it does sound like at least some, and perhaps quite a few, of these folks might really be suffering from sleep apnea, either with or without CFS/FMS. I know almost nothing about CFS/FMS, so I wouldn't be the right person, but how about you, or someone else, do a really good deed and start a sleep apnea thread with a title like: "Be sure to rule out sleep apnea before accepting a diagnosis of CFS/FMS" or something like that--and then hopefully a few people will contribute to that thread and build it up a bit, so it draws some attention.
