Water Pik is a teeth cleaning device that's been around since the 60's or 70's. It is or was available at most all drug stores and department stores. It consists of an electric pump (about the size of a lb. of butter), a flexible tube, and a gizzie about the size of a fountain pen that holds interchangeable tips. I wore one of the units out cleaning out my sinuses. I ran the pump on the lower pressure setting and just aimed the stream into each nostril. I used a solution of a cup of warm water and a couple of shakes of table salt. Hope this helps.
