I have the Remstar Plus. Mine is very quiet, and has a nice filter system just make sure you get the fine filters (white paper type) with it. The power supply is a universal type meaning it takes most voltages with just a plug adapter. It will also run on 12V with a special cord (no inverter needed). If you travel the power options can be important. The case that comes with it can carry the compleat unit (with humidifier) an extra extention cord and your mask. I'm happy with mine.
