For Boston Boy re tongues

Posted by sas on May 17, 2002 at 08:23:20:

Thanks for responding to my puffed up post. I have read just about every single post on this site about mouth breathing, including all yours on your tongue plug method. It has helped me, and was more successful at the beginning, and I practice it during the day.

BUT, if the tongue falls down when I relax and when I am not conscious, how the heck do you prevent that? Is it just a matter of persistance? Part of the problem is that I appear not to be waking up anymore as my mouth falls open, which I was at the beginning. So trying to train myself at night is hard if I sleep through it. Wish there was something that would provide an alarm every time I mouth breathed!

Thanks again, and in advance.
