Hi, I too have a cronic sinus infection. I'm on 2 antibiotics and Rx salt water (irrigation) not a lot of fun. I too was wondering about the water pick or the rino-flow @$124. Does anyone out there use these? I have a real hard time using my cpap with a clogged nose. I don't have any allergys.
