It all depends on which specialist you see. The diagnosis could be irriable bowel syndrome, premenstrual syndrome, fibro or chronic fatigue syndrome.

Check out the symptoms of PMS and IBS. The gastrointestinal symptoms plus the sleep disorder associated symptoms are the same.
