Hi , thanks for your comments.
I didn't have a full sleep test because there is a large waiting list for getting full sleep study. Three months at the moment. This I guess may have just been and interim measure.
So I am a little confused as to the best approach for me now??
Any ideas?
The doctor has recommended I try a dental device first off to see if that makes any difference.
I am only 24 and he said that younger people don't tend to take to machines to well?
Once again, any help would be much appreciated. Also - what does that oximety test for somebody with out apnea look like, is it normal a relatively flat saturation line and a flat heart line (apart from the odd disturbance. ) Mine seems to be constant saturation spikes from 98 down to 92 all the time followed with some big ones several times for 15, 20 minutes down to 82. As I said before my pulse is up and down from 110, to 50 all night constantly.
Thanks again
