Most of the "snoring aids" on TV will not work on sevear Sleep Disordered Breathing (OSA being on sub catagory).

Something to try is to sleep reclined (or even upright).

The other thing is to pack your sleeplab suitcase, then call the sleep lab and tell them that you will take the first cancelation slot that becomes available. Bet it dosn't take 10 days....
