Due to circumstances I have not used CPAP since the first of the year (sacreligious, but the titration was wrong and it was not helping) because I am waiting to see a specialist. I use Breathe Right strips to help me. With them, I can usually breathe through my nose all night. But as someone else mentioned, it doesn't solve any problems,
