My pressure is at 17 and I use the nasal-aire without the swivel...have been for about a week and I LOVE IT!! I have had one tender spot in my nostril but a little neosporin took care of that. I have used the mask once since my pressure increase and I woke up with my face very swelled, especially in the eye area.
