Nasal-Aire Disposable?

Hi all. Due to all the hubbub about the NasalAire I decided to pour over the Innomed website. While watching their video about it I caught something odd. They said that the nasal inserts should be washed after every use, but only up to 90 times. Is that nasal insert part something that is replaceable? All of the places I've seen that sell this sell the entire unit. If you are supposed to buy a new one every 3 months that's not the greatest idea.
