I just spoke to InnoMed who makes the Nasal-Aire, and you are correct, it is recommended the mask be replaced every 90 days. I think partly because it is their understanding that insurance will pay for a mask replacement every 90 days. Currently they do not sell the cannula separately and seemed surprised when I told them that would be their downfall as many insurance companies won't pay for a new mask every 90 days and mine won't pay for their Nasal-Aire because there are cheaper alternatives available.

Should be interesting to see how this develops.
