I use a mirage FF mask and set the straps fairly loose and then use a head sweat band to pull the mask directly into my face.It fits across the front of the mask and around the back of the head,it also rests on top of the swivle.Another trick is to put the hose over the headboard. I purchased and installed an 8" bathroom towel holder to the wall over my headboard and run my hose into the ring and down to my mask at night. This keeps the slack out of it and it will not pull on the mask.
