I used mine last night for the first time. Had a lot of leaks, but I think I didn't adjust it well.

The tubes are too short for me. I called Innomed and they will be mailing me free longer tubes. The swivel I ordered from my DME has not arrived. Innomed told me they will send me ine for free if I don't get it from my DME within a week.

I'm not giving up yet!
