i did not know i had to order the swivel when i got my nasal-aire so i had one from a mask- but the two ends were the same size, i went to lowes and bought clear tubing for a few cents ( it just fit into the ends of each section) i used a bit of instant glue and no air leaks and a swivel for pennies!
