Unfortunately I can relate to your frustration. I have been tired, foggy with decreasing mental ability for years, but it has gotten much worse over the last couple of years. I was so excited about getting my CPAP believing what my doctor had told me, that I would feel great the very next day. Well that was two weeks ago and I am much worse. I have not had any success with either the nasal pillows or ultra mirage mask. I am going to try again tonight with the nasal pillows and if that fails, then my CPAP can sleep alone until I can come up with some better mask solution. My frustration level is so high at this point and it is really disappointing since I was so optimistic
