I love the Nasal Aire and was about to give up on CPAP after all the suffering from the masks. I don't use the swivel but I have seen it for sale for 6 dollars. One place wanted 8.
I just want to say that the maker of the product has the best customer service I have come across. Maybe because they are new and need to try harder. They seem to realy care and take time with you. I got all my silly questions answered and even felt good about it afterward. The woman I spoke to said people that call have been through a lot before finding them , so they are all too happy to make sure everything works great.
