For the first few weeks of my using CPAP I was waking up groggier for the first 20 minutes in the morning--was probably due to the fact that I was sleeping more deeply than I had in years. I'd just suggest giving it more time to get used to it, and using all the available resources to resolve specific fit issues. Over the years of my deteriorating with apnea I was subconsciously lowering my standards for how I should feel--the reverse process of feeling better takes time too, as you may be starting to be more rested but your ability to perceive the benefits may lag behind. Try to remember how much worse you felt before.
