If I find the magic solution I'll let you know. I slept better last night than I have in weeks and would probably still be sound asleep at 830 am if the dog didn't want breakfast. The only thing I did different last night was I did not use my CPAP. I decided maybe I needed larger pillows for my Adams (I'm using large now), so I'll have to order extra large. I tried my Ultra Mirage again, but it was too irritating to my upper lip. Actually it was probably the mustache that was too irritating, but until I have exhausted all possible options, I’d rather not shave off the beard and mustache. So I’ll order the extra large pillows and also order the Nasal-Aire and give that a try. Until then the CPAP is sleeping along and should get a good rest until I get the other pillows.
