Had a trial NA. What I found was if I laid perfectly still on my back I could get it to seal OK, but when I tried to roll to my side the thing would begin to leak. I also found that the two side hoses would tend to shift when I moved and this would cause the thing to dislodge from my nose. Even with my "Reno Tom" brand chinstrap on to hold the hoses there was not enough stability to hold it all in place. The unit itself was however comfortable when seated properly. On the noise end, I found it much louder than my Breeze at 11cm H20. When I would turn on my side to sleep, the ear laying on the hose greeted me with a very annoying wind sound. With some refinements in stabilty the product might be OK in the future, but for now at roughly $225 Cdn it is not for me. Just my two cents worth.
