Nasalaire sizing....

I intend to order a nasal-aire, but I am not sure what size to order....I saw mention of a sizing guide on the innomed website, but i was unable to find it. I currently use a large nasal pillow with the breeze and read that innomed says that 80% of people with use a med or large nasalaire...from other former breeze, now nasalaire users...is the sizing about the same??? Thanks in advance for the help....
