I just ordered and received the Nasalaire. The company that I ordered from sent me the cardboard sizing guide, but it didn't help. According to the guide I needed a large (I use large nasal pillows with the Breeze). The large Nasalaire that I received has much larger holes than the large on the guide. I called Nasalaire customer service and they are sending me the medium size mid section. I had heard that their customer service was good about this - helping customers get the right size and so far them seem to be. I spoke to them yesterday and she said they would send the medium size out on Monday - I hope to receive it soon. So, I guess what I would say is that in my experience the large on the Breeze does not correspond to the large on the Nasalaire. But, if you get the wrong size the company is very good about giving you another size to make it work for you.
