I've been on CPAP for 3 1/2 years now. I still am tired when I wake up and have problems concentrating at work. I've been through about 8 different mask types, everytime I complain about it they have me try a new mask. The problem I'v had is I don't complain to the doctor quick enough. Last time I said the magic words "Heated Humidifier" and my doctor said "Yes, we can order one for you, they sometime's help."

I'm waiting hopefully for it to come in, along with the next new mask (nasal aire this time).

It gets frustrating but you need to speak up until it works.
