The Nasal Aire fits into my nose just as comfortably as the nasal pillows on the Adam circuit. Be aware they come in 5 different sizes. The nice thing about the Nssal Aire is that the tubing lies on your chest rather than down your back or off the top of your head so it is much more comfortable to sleep with. I don't even feel like I'm wearing anything compared with the Breeze or Adam circuit.
