I have been on CPAP since last Nov. Used a mask and kept taking it off. Bought a med NA and it stays on all night but I still have a front lobe sinus headache. Is this because the passages are dry or from air pressure? I also do not feel 100% rested.

Has anyone gone back to the sleep clinic to be retested to make sure the pressure is still right? I am on 6. JBIII
