I have been taking Paxil for a couple years, and I have Sleep Apnea. I find Paxil helps with the apnea in some ways.

I was prescribed Paxil to combat restless leg syndrome (which it helps control very well).

Paxil is one of those drugs that has to be at constant levels in your system to really work. I take it in the morning, and don't really experience any of the negative side effects.
