I have apnea and have been titrated at 17cm, although my autopap usually runs about 12-15. I have also been taking Paxil. I was taking in morning and evening. I thought the Paxil in the evening was contributing to my ongoing insomnia. I just takin in morning now. I still have insomnia. I take Ambien a couple of nights a week for my insomnia and struggle w/insomnia the rest of the week.
