I can't wait! Let us know if a "special" smart card reader is needed. Regular readers are extremely cheap ($20-$30 )and can even be attached using a USB port. I just found a vendor that adverises a "Respironics smart card reader" for $135.I thought there was another option for downloading via a null modem (special cable required.

The Respironics data management software can be had for under $100, sometimes free. Or is it that this machine uses new software?
