I have been on paxil for 3 1/2 years and also have been diagnosed with severe obstructive sleep apnea. The cpap and the paxil together have never been any problem at all for me. Also, had the surgery (UPPP, tonsillectomy, tongue repose) on 5/30/02 and have not experienced any bad affects with the paxil after surgery either.
