First, some background, pls.:
1) what is your CPAP pressure?
2) how good is your mask leak management?
3) is the mask leaving redness or soreness?
4) which mask are you using?
5) what is your most-used sleep position: back, side, tummy?
6) do you think that you turn a lot?
7) is your hose suspended at your bedhead, so that it can't tug on your headgear?
8) do you use a head pillow that you or others would describe as being particularly soft or high?
9) do you often wake with a dry mouth and throat?
10) do you know for sure that you do not mouth breathe?
11) do you use a heated humidifier; how much water does it use nightly; is rainout a problem?
12) what's your sleeping partner's opinion on the cause of mask removal?
13) do you keep a daily sleep log, in which sleep quality impairment can be seen to occur on nights when you remove the mask?
