I am sorry to hear of your job situation. You don't mention if you have had a sleep study done and/or if you are on CPAP. How were you diagnosed with OSA? Taking care of sinus and allergy problems can sometimes help, but most often it does not cure the problem. What kind of treatment were you on for the apnea?

If you have not had a sleep study done, see a doctor and get referred for one. And if you are prescribed a CPAP, start using it. Start taking action to deal with the apnea. I know that it may be difficult to come up with the funds, but I think you will find that treating the apnea will help in many facets of your life. The sleep study may also give you the facts that you need to address the job problem. I don't know about the legal/HR issues that you have. You may not have much to stand on if you were not able to give your boss/HR a diagnosis from your doctor. Maybe someone else might have some more suggestions
