This appears to be your first posting. Your search should start with as much reading or these forums to get as much info available from those who have osa.
It could be argued that the best experts are those who have the condition and spend a lot of time learning more. A "Nationally known" expert may be of limited help with your questions. Beware of those here who answer many questions off the top of their head and sometimes give bad advice. This takes time and lots of reading.
Go to the FAQ section and read the main questions and then look at all the links relating to osa.
Patience and diligence may be a better help than a very subjective and elusive expert.
After reading as much as you can, come back and ask specific questions. Many here could help you and are very willing.
