Yes, I used to feel so tired that raising my arm seemed like too much effort -- it wasn't a yawny kind of sleepiness. I would lie on the couch and sleep not because I wanted to sleep, but because I was too tired to do anything else, like sit up, read, knot, or converse.

I am MUCH better on cpap!
