You should have a stress test with nuclear imaging done on you. Resting EKG's don't always yield enough information to catch problems. (For example, the case of Darryl Kile, the St Louis pitcher who died suddenly from obstructed arteries in his heart.) I have one of these tests done every two years to reduce the risk of heart attack. (I also took Fen-Phen, which compounds the risk.) Hope this helps.
