how to deal with stomach sleeping

I cannot break my urge to turn over and sleep on my stomach. I end up taking my cpap off around 4 in the morning and sleeping on my stomach. I just cannot force myself to change! Any advice? Any advice on a device I can use while sleeping on my stomach? i'm not sleeping good because of this.... HEEEEeeeeeelllllpppppp.
