I sleep on my tummy most of the night, a little on my right side. However, my face is turned to the side, so I "hang the mask over the edge of the pillow" so the pillow will not move or press into my mask. I use an alligator clip to secure the hose above my head, to the sheet corner, so that I can turn my head from side to side without interferance from the hose. Perhaps if you practice this while you are awake, you can find how to position your pillow and mask so it will allow you to tummy sleep. I also prefer the breeze nasal pillows Please feel free to e-mail me if you need more details.
