CPAP & low blood pressure

I keep reading about CPAP lowering blood pressure. My problem is I have orthostatic intolerance (also known as Neurally Mediated Hypotension). My heart rate gets too high and my blood pressure falls too low. Do any of you have too low blood pressure? Has the CPAP made your blood pressure fall even lower?
