Hi Shelle, I have the extra large, its a little too big and I can't make it leak. But after three or so days it hurts. I also have the large it leaks and dries my nose out. I put Ayre ointment inside my nose and on the nostral pieces, it helps. It is luck if one of the sizes fits you. I like bigger better than smaller. I'm on 12" with a heated humidifier I hope this helps. Spider Man
