Sleep in the News

Posted by Herman on June 26, 2002 at 16:33:55:

There is a study posted on the "Health.MSNBC. com" web page on either getting too much or too little sleep. The study does mention apnea as a possible cause for sleeping too much, which can be a health risk. The best part of the article is an interactive video that goes through the sleep cycles visually, which was interesting. The study results may or may not be accurate because they used cancer and cardiac patients for their analysis, rather than a broader study population. Either way the interactive video is worth a quick trip to their web page.
