Idonot sleep on my back at all. I do about the same things Guillady does
and it works. My wife made me a pillow about 20" long and stuffed it real
full. It helps hold your heard off of the bed. I use a full face mask. I also
use a piece of 1 " elastic to help hold the mask and keep it from leaking.
