The Breeze that I got came with both the pillow attachment and the dreamseal. I do not like the dreamseal at all because I could not get a good seal and had a lot of leaks. The Breeze pillows have been great. I recently tried the nasal aire, but couldn't get a good fit so I'm back with my Breeze. I'm a side sleeper and move a lot and it stays on my head. I do have a swing arm over my head and route the hose behind my headboard and over my head on the swing arm. So, when I move the hose and Breeze move with me. When I didn't have it suspended over my head I woke up every time I switched sides because I had to readjust the hose. So, I would say it can work really well if you take time to play with the adjustments and if you suspend the hose over your head.
