I have been taking a supplement called L-ARGININE which is an amino acid. I take it as a bodybuilder because it supports growth hormone, but it is also involved in nitric oxide production. I buy mine at the big box store that begins with a "W". You will find it as a primary substance in many over the counter "performance" supplements for both men and women - it has been called the poor mans viagra because of the nitric oxide characteristics.

My bodyweight is normal, and I have taken it for over six months and it has done absolutely nothing for my OSA.

PS
If you are on medications you should check with your doctor before buying supplements such as this.
