Sinus issues with Nasal Aire

I am going to purchase a Nasal Aire, but before I do I wanted to post this question to those who have experienced success with it. Did any of you have sinus problems before you started using it? Did you have any sinus problems after using it when you did not have problems before? Thanks for the help.
