I bought a swing arm that is specifically for cpap users, but it was fairly expensive - about $60. After getting it I came across some alternative ideas here on sleepnet for making a swing arm that could have saved me money. One idea is to get a bathroom towel rack rod (the kind that swings back and forth) and attach it to the wall above and behind my head. Those can be purchased at home discount stores for less than $10.
