It seems like a good person to test this would be someone who has an AutoPAP with the software, so s/he could see if the required pressure changed when starting or stopping the medication. Perhaps if someone hasn't gtten his CPAP yet, and the medication seems to cure the OSA, that could be a somewhat good test. Getting a sleep test before and after would seem good, but people vary a lot anyway. I suppose you'd have to test a few people, some with placbos. Some would get the med on their first sleep test and some on their second. A number of people with AutoPAPs might be more practical.
